As a Site Supervisor at Urban Blueprint, you will be the primary point of contact on the construction site, responsible for monitoring daily operations and ensuring that projects progress according to plan. You will work closely with contractors, project managers, and team members to maintain high standards of safety and craftsmanship.

• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate daily tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety on the job site.
• Communicate updates to project managers and address any issues promptly.
• Enforce safety regulations and perform routine safety inspections.
• Maintain detailed reports on project status and team performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficiency with construction management software.
